Memorial Scholarship
One $2,000 scholarship will be awarded for the current academic
year to a selected high school or vocational school senior who is
planning to attend a Florida public or private college and who is
planning to major in computer science and/or information technology
related field.
Deadline is March
15th for the academic year beginning
with Fall Term.
Who
may apply?
Any high school or vocational school senior, with at least a 2.5
GPA (on a 4 point system), and who is
attending a Florida school, may apply.
How
to apply?
An application form can be obtained by clicking
here. When you receive the application form, complete it carefully
and submit it, together with an official transcript of all your
course work and the requested essay to the address on the bottom
of this page.
Completed applications and all supporting documents must be submitted
to the FAEDS Scholarship Committee, POSTMARKED not later than
March 15th.
A panel of FAEDS members will review the information and select
the scholarship recipient. The results will be announced by
May 1st. The scholarship will be coordinated through the recipient's
selected college financial aid office.
