All booths are 8'X 10' piped and draped with single line signage. Booth information will be mailed from Gulf Coast Expo upon receipt of this completed Vendor Registration Form. See exhibit floor plan. Deadline for booth registration is 8/3/2005

Platinum Plus Sponsorship: $3,000 Includes 2 registrations and a vendor booth and sponsorship of a Major Event* or co-sponsor the Tuesday night banquet or Solution Session.	Platinum Sponsorship: $2,500 Includes 2 registrations and a vendor booth and sponsorship of a "Theater Presentation" or co-sponsor a luncheon or breakfast brunch or sponsor a Platinum Option**
Gold Sponsorship: $1,250 Includes 1 registration with a vendor booth and sponsor a Gold Sponsorship event**	Silver Sponsorship: $750 Includes 1 registration with a vendor booth.

Monday Night Football - Platinum+
Sponsor a Table at Tuesday's "Casino Night" - Platinum+
Sponsor a Solution Sessiong (50 minute session, only 6 available) - Platinum+
The sponsor will be given the opportunely to be selected for a fifty-minute session to present products and technologies
of his/her company.

**Platinum options:
Sponsor a "Theater Presentation" - Platinum
This sponsor will have an opportunity to conduct a 30 minute multimedia "theater-style" presentation to a seated audience in the Solutions Center.
Tuesday Evening Social - Platinum
Tuesday or Wednesday Evening Luncheon - Platinum
Sponsor the Ice Cream Social - Platinum
Sponsor Conference Bags - Platinum

Meet the vendors social
Evening social hour
Morning or afternoon break
Name badge holders

Other options:
Advertise with door prizes. Please list the items to be donated.

After 8/05/05, your time slot may be reassigned if your presentation and speaker are not identified. FAEDS holds the right to schedule the best conference agenda. It is further understood that vendor partners will not schedule activities at the conference that compete with the scheduled conference agenda.
